Nicky and Pete are on holiday. They go to a bed and breakfast because it’s snowing. They stay in the house for three days. At night two robbers search the diary. But Pete, Annie and Nicky find the diary and read it. The diary says that there is a secret room in the garden. They find the treasure and Annie doesn’t sell the house.
